You don’t need to come to me with the whole trip figured out. Tell me who’s going, what you’ve been thinking about, and what would make the trip feel really good to you. I’ll ask the right questions, sort through the options, and help bring everything together.

HOW S & J TRAVEL COLLECTIVE STARTED

The trips were fun.
But I really loved putting them together.

I’ve always loved the part of travel that comes before the trip, researching the right places, comparing options, figuring out what’s actually worth it, and making all the pieces fit together.

Over time, that turned into helping other people plan trips of their own. S & J Travel Collective grew from that, with Joe as part of the story from the beginning, and today I’m the one working directly with clients, getting to know what they want and helping bring each trip together.

For me, travel planning has never been about sending someone a list of hotels. It’s about understanding the people taking the trip and making the whole experience feel easier from the start.

HOW I PLAN YOUR TRIP

I don’t want to send you a list of hotels or destinations just because they look good online. I want to understand the people taking the trip first, what you’re excited about, what you’d rather avoid, and where you want things to feel easy.

The more I understand how you actually like to travel, the easier it is for me to narrow down the right places, experiences, and details so the trip feels like it was planned for you, not pulled from a template.

  • Who’s coming with you?
  • What’s the reason for the trip?
  • What actually matters to you?
  • How do you want it to feel?

Once I know those things, the hotels, cruises, experiences, transfers, and all the little details become much easier to get right.

My kind of trip

A mix of really good food, beautiful places, a little exploring, and enough downtime to actually enjoy where I am.

Window or aisle?

Window, every time. I like being able to look out, see where we’re going, and still get excited when the view starts changing below.

My coffee order

Usually something simple and strong. If it’s warm outside, I’m probably going iced, especially if there’s a long planning session ahead.

Always in my suitcase

Comfortable shoes, a fully charged phone, and a few “just in case” extras I’ll probably never use. Better to have them and not need them.

I’m the kind of person who likes having the details handled, but still leaving enough room for the trip to feel spontaneous, relaxed, and fun.
