Every traveler comes to me with a different reason for going, a different wish list, and a different idea of what a great trip looks like. These are a few real client trips I’ve helped plan, from honeymoons and cruises to family vacations and one-of-a-kind getaways.
REAL TRIPS I’VE HELPED PLAN
A few of my favorite trips started with one idea that really mattered to the traveler. Sometimes that one detail ends up shaping the whole trip.
This wasn’t going to be just another cruise. Their daughter was getting married at sea, with the ship’s captain performing the ceremony. The planning was about more than choosing the cruise. It was making sure the travel pieces came together around a moment the whole family would remember.
For this family trip to Montana, leaving the dog behind wasn’t really an option. So the plan needed to work for everyone. That meant finding pet-friendly accommodations, sorting out the rental car and travel logistics, and making sure the trip still felt easy once they arrived.
Iceland felt like the perfect adventure for their honeymoon, but the goal was to make it personal, not just another itinerary. One highlight became a stay in a glass igloo beneath the Icelandic sky, surrounded by incredible scenery and experiences that made the whole trip feel special and completely their own.
